Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and other comprehensive state privacy laws, you have specific rights regarding your data.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

ArthIQ, Inc. maintains a strict zero-sale policy. We do not sell your personal or financial data to data brokers or third parties. Furthermore, we do not "share" your personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Because we do not sell or share personal information, we do not need to process a sale/share opt-out to stop those practices. You may still contact us at legal@thearthiqdaily.com to confirm your privacy choices or exercise any applicable state privacy rights.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We automatically detect and respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals broadcast by supported web browsers. We treat Do Not Track (DNT) signals as a request to disable optional analytics cookies; DNT is not a uniformly standardized legal signal and is not a broader legal commitment.

Marketing Email Preferences

You may opt out of program-related marketing emails (Referral Program updates, milestone notifications, leaderboard recognition, win-back campaigns, Complimentary Grant follow-up) through your account preferences. Transactional emails — billing, security alerts, account access, required legal notices, and Service-critical operational notifications — are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

Push Notification Preferences

Push notifications require explicit operating-system-level consent at the device level. You may revoke this consent at any time through your device settings.

In-App Promotional Surface Preferences

You may dismiss individual in-app promotional surfaces; dismissals are remembered for configured periods. New program-related surfaces may be introduced over time and follow the frequency-cap and dismissibility rules in Section 8 of the Terms of Service.

Data Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your account, connected financial data, and imported statements from our active servers, you may do so at any time:

Navigate to Settings > Account within The ArthIQ Daily app.
Select Delete Account.
Alternatively, email your request to legal@thearthiqdaily.com.

Note for Affiliates: account deletion ends Service access but does not erase payout records required to be retained for tax law (currently seven (7) years from last payout). Affiliate-specific data retention is described in the Privacy Policy.
